Whether your wedding is for 30 or 350 people, from the moment your wedding reception has been entrusted to us we will commence with the careful planning. We advise that the couple meet and call us as regularly as they require and take part in menu tasting before the big day. We also recommend that you choose your wedding breakfast carefully and meet with our Wedding Planner. You will be comfortable knowing that the promise we make we deliver. Constructed in 1884 to the design of William Dean Butler the property is a landmark building boasting a striking granite exterior, which has been lovingly restored into an impressive contemporary hotel with landscaped gardens and spacious parking.

On the grounds we have a renovated and converted chapel renamed after the constellation “Canis Major”
The Chapel has a striking bell tower that many people are fascinated by as the architecture reflects that of Russian design. This unique event space is one of a few and is an ideal to add exclusivity and difference to your wedding.
Inside is modern but contrasts with the original high wooden beams and deep set stone framed window panes. Most people use it for pre reception drinks, or if you have a smaller wedding with buffet style service.
